I hear up to 25 mph, sounds a little high. Can you narrow the spread pattern up from 90 to 70 feet if it gets to windy. Looking for a airflow or spinner, but the airflow's are exspensive to maintain with all those moving parts! How do the spinners work with different blends? New Leader 3020 G4We use urea and potash most of the time. But different amounts for different farms. Anywhere from 275 to 325 of urea and 75 to 250 of potash. Any help would be good! Similar help and support threads Thread Forum I don't know if the drivers or the software are dodgy and Leadtek's site doesn't provide much info. Anyone got links to drivers and compatible capture software? Hardware & Devices Hi all I have the Leadtek winfast pvr2000 tv card and it works under vista 32b without problems. Still, nothing for RM/FM. How to install winfast tv2000 xp expert. New Leader 3020 BoxThanks Posted 19:01 (#219356 - in reply to #219299) Subject: Re: New Leader 3020 G4 Spinner Don't believe that. Wind from the side at 12 mph is a bad deal with spinners. The Muriate of potash that looks like rock salt might go 90 feet, but I have never seen any Urea that will come close. The large granule urea will go a long ways, but it crushes at high spinner rpm. This leaves a bunch of powder right behind the machine that is impossible to see without a test kit. Been there done that. Potash and urea are so different that a spinner spreader will never get a good pattern with this blend. We have 6 spinner machines and 2 airflows (one very old and soon to be retired ) and a G4 can not replace an air machine. Yes, an air machine is a more expensive to run and must be driven straighter (autosteer is almost a requirement ) to avoid skips and overlaps. If you are in a high humidity area, this makes an air machine a real pain in the rear with blends. The powder the blending creates can mix with the water in the air and plug things up. If you have a lot of acres, a two product machine would help, plus no blending cost. Posted 22:43 (#219536 - in reply to #219299) Subject: Re: New Leader 3020 G4 Spinner Local coop runs a 3020 G4. It was VERY apparent all last fall, and again this spring, that they just weren't getting an even spread at 90 feet. Manuals & Instructions Other New Leader Manuals: G4 Spread Pattern Manual.
